What is balancing… When you eat junk food you go you are not balancing..you are going at zero again… You eat healthy,you exercise there will be no point…I don’t understand what are you saying…it seems like you are guilty of eating junk food, you can’t stay at your healthy diet thats why you are saying there should be balance

  40. I like this way of thinking so much! Unfortunately, I am overweight due to an injury and I have now started going to the gym to lose weight, I am on a healthy diet but I still think that it is possible and necessary to make concessions, because otherwise the risk of breaking down is higher. However, my relatives do not agree and for the slightest deviation from the diet they shower me with condemnation
    I understand that this is my life and my body but I am so tired of not finding understanding

  45. Im a 15 y old girl, STRUGGLING to gain weight (im really scared of gaining fat and i dont want that, i want to gain weight by building muscles)
    And in 8 months i lost over 14 kg…
    I was weighing 54kg
    And now i weight 41- 42 kg…
    Im really scared of fried things and i dont eat them cause im afraid of their fats and if they contain trans fats or alot of saturated
    And im scared of eating sugar or any other sweetener like stevia ect bc im really afraid of getting diabetes and the only thing i eat or adding for sweeteners to my cake is fruits
    Im really afraid of flour and other carbs like spaghetti and rice (im eating whole grain 🌾)
    But im eating things like protein and vegetables, fruits, meat(mostly chicken) and fish🀀(oml i love fish)
    And I’m trying to build muscles (+gain healthy weight)
    I want to go to a dietician but im really afraid that they will tell me to eat the other things im afraid too….

    Do you have any tips? Or advices???😒
    I love your channel and its one of the most comforting channels for me personally ❀

    (When i say im afraid i mean that im afraid of loosing my physique(i can see for the first time my abs (even if they are the 2 first packs…) And im afraid REALLY REALLY afraid of loosing them )and/or to my health being "destroyed " when i grow up (like getting diabetes, hight cholesterol levels ect)

  47. How I wish I could do this, I’m living with my 2 older sisters since we kinda don’t have parents. My sisters are kinda against me dieting and we can only afford mostly junk foods. Idk, I wanna be healthy but I don’t know how with my situation.

    By mindful eating she means feel how eating healthy food makes you feel. Not only you will feel healthier but you will also feel accomplished and better than before. When you know you are putting healthy food in your body they way it makes you feel is incredible.
